Restaurant and Bar appear 5 star but the rooms are Ikea style furnished and you will be disappointed if you are expecting a Four Seasons experience. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. Very odd use of plastic green grass in the elevator and stairs. There is no bell hop to help with luggage.

Location, parking lot, staff, and room was great. The room was clean and loved the duvet covers so much I’ve been looking to buy some for my home. Wish we had more than one night to use the facilities of a warm indoor pool, sauna etc. View from our window (some have balconies) was beautiful looking over the town, mountains and river. By the way, Andrea Bocelli stayed there too in the past.

Friendly and competent staff who went out of their way to solve the problems we encountered. High standing hotel. Very comfortable bed. Nice breakfast. Nice swimming pool. Excellent location in Lourdes. The High Pyrenees region is, in our opinion, the most beautiful one in the whole of France.

Location is super, about 1km hilly walk to grotto. Some of the staff are really kind and friendly. Bertha from the spa is lovely, morning crew front desk aim to please and the lovely manager kept the kitchen open to whip me a desperately needed supper at night. I left my phone in the room (after check out) and housekeeping returned, got a call from property making arrangement to retrieve it.

The staff were really lovely and welcoming. There was a large variety and selection for breakfast. The bedroom was large with a great view. The tasting menu was a real treat. And I needed to have an online meeting after I checked out and the hotel was very happy to let me do so.

The reception staff Bertrand, Marie, Victoria and restaurant manager.. attention and service level were exceptional.Made our first stay a pleasure! Breakfast selection was good and satisfying.

A truly wonderful relaxing place, from arriving the team were very welcoming so friendly & professional- our room was outstanding, had everything & more we could of needed, the spa facilities were brilliant, after a long journey being able to go for a swim, sauna & steam was a bonus, breakfast we decided to have in our room, absolutely perfect.
